SHIPPING

Canada: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 and standard $9.95 flat rate on all other orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 1-7 business days.

United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 and $19.95 flat rate on all other orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.

All customers in Canada and the US will receive a tracking number for their shipment once the order is processed and shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer refunds on items that are defective or does not match the item description on our website. As a small business offering free delivery, we simply cannot manage a large number of returns so please try to be sure that you want your items. Of course if the item is in anyway defective or not as described, you will be given a full refund without hesitation.

If you have simply changed your mind, or the item does not fit, you are welcome to exchange the item for store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. This covers the cost of the credit card fees and transaction fees that are not returned to is in the case of a refund. You will be required to physically return the item to us. We do not offer free pick up for returns.

All returned items will be exchanged for store credit. To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).

 Important to Know:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, or returning them to my door.
  • We strive to provide the best customer service and quality of standards, if an item is received damaged or not as described, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
  • To return your product, please mail or deliver your product to:

    • Please contact us by email and include your invoice number to let us know you are returning your order.
  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items
  • Items purchased with store credits will always be refunded back as store credits 
  • Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your exchange has been approved. All exchanges will be returned as store credit and emailed to you. Refunds (defective items only) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it may take up to 10 business days after we receive your returned items for the refund to show up on your credit card
  • All sale / discounted items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To make a change or cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made after the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. 

MISSING ITEMS 

Once Canada Post picks up our packages, it is then their responsibility for lost and/or misplaced packages. Should there be any issues we will try our best to help and launch an investigation with Canada Post. If your item is delivered and then disappears from your porch / doorstep we will not be held responsible for this. If Canada Post records the item as delivered we will not issue a refund.

Please note these investigations take up to 5 business days to be settled.
